This listing is for one 9mm 14K GF hoop featuring one mini white puka with a gold grommet in the middle. 

When putting your hoop on please open it from RIGHT TO LEFT or SIDE TO SIDE if that makes more sense. Once you open the hoop up take the puka off and place it in a safe spot until the hoop is in your ear. Once the hoop is on your ear, slide the puka shell on and close.
